FAQ

What is a life coach?

The coach-client relationship is actually a partnership to help the client tap into their greatest potential and thrive! The client can see where they want to go but also see’s all the obstacles. Through our sessions, I will help you filter through the “why I can not’s” and see all the “why I can’s”!

What do life coaches do?

ACCOUNTABILITY! One of the biggest and best assets of life coaching! If you have regular coaching sessions, it’s much easier for you to stay on the track you’ve set for yourself. Think about all that you could accomplish with what you want? Gym? More quality time with your spouse, kids? Organization? It’s an endless list… right?

“Coaches have the ability to view things from afar — in what some call ‘helicopter vision’ — and to shed new light on difficult situations. Often they can act as a sounding board through tough decisions, help sharpen skills, and motivate.”

Are life coaches mentors, counselors, or therapists?

No, we aren’t mentors, counselors, or therapists. All of these professionals could give their opinions and advise freely and some are even licensed by their respective states. Life coaches, however, will ask you thought provoking questions for you to come up with your own idea on the path that best suits you and your current reason for being here.
